Personal Training with Reformer, Chair & Cadillac

PILATES is a safe and effective workout for everyone. It’s a challenging exercise program that will enhance your body’s fitness, increase core strength and stability, and balance power and flexibility. Pilates will allow for longer, leaner muscles while providing heightened body awareness and improved posture.

Pilates can be customized to suit everyone from rehab patients to elite athletes. It is easy on the joints and complements other methods of exercise, improving balance, coordination, and circulation and helping to prevent injury. To learn more about Pilates, please see our Pilates Primer.

Pilates Private Sessions

In addition to providing a dynamic, full-body workout, private sessions offer the opportunity to address special fitness goals and needs, such as sport-specific training, regaining strength after an injury or keeping fit during pregnancy.

We’ll work one-on-one with clients to provide a dynamic, full-body workout. Sessions are personalized based on the individual’s fitness goals and strengths. Training will focus on strengthening the core, stabilizing the shoulders and pelvis, increasing spine flexibility, and stretching and toning all muscle groups. Equipment will be incorporated for a varied and challenging workout, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Arc Barrel as well as stability balls, foam rollers, flex-bands, toning balls, and resistance rings.

Private & Semi-PrivateSessions - $55/hour (flat rate)

Bulk Rate Private Pilates Sessions**

10 sessions - $450
20 sessions - $850
30 sessions - $1300

**must schedule at least 2 sessions a week. 2-3x/week minimum will show a profound change. All bulk rate sessions can be used for semi-private sessions. Semi-private sessions are two people who schedule together.


Introductory Pilates

$55/hr - Introduction to the Principles of Pilates, plus a personalized postural analysis. Approx. 90 minutes


Pilates Foundation

$275 - 5-1 hour sessions to be completed in 10 days

Participation for Group Mat Classes may be joined once Introductory Pilates and Pilates Foundation sessions have been completed.

Already have experience with Pilates?

Must be demonstrated in 1 private session prior to joining Group Classes. Approx. 90 minutes - $82.50

Group Mat

Group Mat classes are an engaging and challenging workout. Our mat classes are designed to help clients develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness. Rhythmic exercises develop breathing techniques, endurance, coordination, and balance. Props may be incorporated to add variety and more resistance for muscle definition.
